Service Description
The 4 sessions provide nutritional guidelines to athletes depending on the type of sports they are practicing, their age and gender. The goal is to help them to eat well for performance and recovery. The guide will also include what to eat before, during and after the training or event, ideas of meals and snacks and the timing to eat them, we will talk about supplementation and proper hydration. During the free initial consultation we will explore if there are special considerations that should be taken, for example considerations for young athletes, the presence of a certain condition like diabetes, pregnancy or special diets like vegetarian or vegan diets.
